Positivity board game
I have created this file to be used as another way of exploring positive affirmations. Simply use generic counters or allow the individuals to create thier own counters to use with the board game.
Place counters on the start line and roll a dice, move the counter to the appropriate space that was rolled. If landing on a question space encourage the individual to answer the question.
Also for any positive affirmation spaces, you could encourage the individual to express when they felt like the positive affirmation
i.e "I am creative"
