I am dice

This file I created to help go alongside our postitive affirmations visuals. These dice have positive affirmations on each side, and once rolled lands on one of these affirmations. Then you could get the individual to say a time when they felt like the affirmation, eg when they felt brave?
Helping them to understand how amazing they are.
 
Simply print out, then you could stick it to a cereal box to make it more sturdy before cutting around the thick black line of the dice. Fold the dice along the dotted edges and stick the dice together using the tabs.
