I created this file to help aid midfulness and wellbeing. This resource can be printed and taken anywhere as a time to take 5 minutes out from all that maybe happening around you. This resource helps aid imagination and creation, through the use of shapes and patterns. A triangle can be a frog or a top of a rocket, a circle could be a turtle shell.
