Circle of control

This file I created to help aid and process worries, sometimes it is hard for children to understand these worries. But by helping them to process what is in their control and out of their control, can help to process the emotions linked to these worries. The second sheet is to be used to help them to identify what is in and out of their control, simply cut out and stick onto the right circle. I have also left two spare boxes to put ones in of your own.
