Build your plate (Christmas dinner)
I created this file to help with meal options over the festive period, as well as for other occasions. The pressure that sometimes surround meals like christmas dinner can be stressful. But this visual allows the individual to pick a meal they would want, which can help to make things a little easier.
I have included spare cards for you to write your own down too which is
handy for if you are visitng family and friends over the holidays.
Remember not all plates have to look the same, dont let social media and other influences shape your christmas.
